8 Steps to Success: How Our Franchising Program Works

Information Gathering

You should review the information on our website, and any mailed materials. Then, you can complete and submit an application. Once we receive it, our Franchise Sales Department will contact you.

Operations Review

Once we talk, we can set up an initial face to face meeting. We’ll discuss your goals and complete an initial profile, and give you our Franchise Disclosure Document. We will encourage you to talk to some of our current Franchise
Owners and learn a little about us through them.

Office Visit

Next, we’ll invite you to visit our corporate office. We’ll share our presentation about the company and visit several pizzerias, our Bakery and the One Number Guest service phone center. We’ll also include a Q&A session with members of our executive team.

Information Review

At the same time, we’ll do an in depth review of all the information you have submitted: financial statements, credit information, and other background to confirm that you meet our acceptance criteria. We may schedule another interview session if necessary.

Moving Forward & Signing

At this point, we’ll make a mutual decision to move forward and sign the franchise agreement!

Training

You (or your General Manager) and four others will participate in an 8 week training course that will take place in a designated training store. Each participant will be required to successfully complete a core curriculum which covers the basics of successfully operating a LaRosa’s pizzeria. Additionally, onsite training for the Team Members will begin one week prior to opening and will continue through the first week of the opening.

Construction Phase

A LaRosa’s mentor will be your contact throughout the next phase. This mentor provides support throughout construction, schedules the management and team member training and supports your pizzeria through the grand opening.
